Establish and Presided the NSF I/UCRC Center “Repair of Buildings and Bridges with Composite, RB2C,“ 2002 – 2010.

Established and maintain accreditation of the Constructed Facilities Laboratory (CFL) to ISO 17025 by the International Accreditation Service (IAS). the CFL is one of five university laboratories in the United States accredited to this standard, which helps the industry receive approval for new construction materials and/or structural system requiring accreditation by the International Code Council.
